Senior Celebration Day March 10th 2024
A great day of celebration for our Senior Players graduating from the U18BB team!

Grace Martin #10 - From Six Nations her minor hockey career has spanned more than 12 years.  One of the pillars of our blueline with the ability to play strong defensively and create offence.  A leader on the ice through her play and hard work every shift, our D core learned a lot from Grace this season on how to play in different situations.  We will be miss you next season Grace but we know you are off to do great things!!

Liz Keogh #8 - From Paris ON her minor hockey career has spanned more than 12 years.  Another pillar on our blue line with super quick feet and ability to jump up into the rush to drive the play.  Liz always has a positive team first attitude that helps her teammates in tough situations.  We will miss you next season Liz but we know you are off to do great things!!

Julia Tenklooster #33 - From Scotland ON her minor hockey career has spanned more than 10 years.  Julia has been the backbone between the pipes all season long for us.  Julia has lightning quick feet and a glove hand that has frustrated many shooters over the years.  We will miss you next season Julia but we know you are off to do great things!!

Melia Montoya-Martin #66 - From Paris ON her minor hockey career has spanned more than 8 years.  Melia is a true 200 ft center and can also fill in on D when needed.  Melia always has a positive uplifting attitude that rubs off on all of her teammates.  She was chosen as one of our assistant captains on our leadership team this season.  We will miss you next season Melia but we know you are off to do great things!!

Cara Carver #17 - From Brantford ON her minor hockey career has spanned more than 12 years all with BGHA and BMHA.  Cara creates opportunities for her teammates on the ice through hard work and determination which makes her a solid two way forward.  Cara was chosen to lead our team this season and has been a great captain leading from the front and pushing her teammates to be better.  We will miss you next season Cara but we know you are off to do great things!!

Congratulations to all of our graduating players, you helped drive our team and were a huge part of all of our successes this season!  Look at the next chapter for yourselves as a new beginning as the game of hockey which you all love will always be a part of your life in whatever capacity you want it to be (playing, coaching, managing etc.)

"Your off to great places, today is your day, your mountain is waiting, so get on your way!" Dr. Seuss

All the best,
