Ice Cat of the Week: Emma Fullerton
Submitted By Lisa Wallis on Tuesday, January 09, 2018
This weeks player of the week nomination for our Peewee B team is Miss Emma Fullerton. This young lady has a heart of gold and would never think or say a bad thing about anyone....she is a one of a kind. She was introduced to hockey at a very young age by her dad, whether it was watching a game on T.V. or going out skating at the neighbourhood rink as often as they could.

She gives each and every on and off ice, game , practice and development her absolute all and is always asking questions to help her overall game improve. Emma was a very shy girl at a younger age but being apart of a team, volunteering and helping her team achieve sponsorship's to have more opportunity within the season has brought her out of that shell and made her a much more confident and courageous girl. She is a young ambassador and loves to help our younger, upcoming Ice Cats at their team practices or development and most especially our Ice Kittens at their Saturday sessions. She helps them learn to get dressed and gets them excited to play this game that she just adores. On the ice she helps the littlest skaters to help build their confidence and have as much fun out there as she does. She also helps out Rob Crocock from Cro's Ice Nest with new programs and ideas to introduce young girls into girls hockey. Emma you are a team player all the way and a very valuable asset to this team....keep up the hard work and positive attitude that you exude. And remember don't wait for the perfect moment.....take a moment and make it perfect.
Your coaches and teammates.
