Midget B Ice Cats rises above the Crowd!
The 38th Annual Walter Gretzky Tournament had 10 Midget B teams representing Brantford, Kent County, Sudbury, Ottawa, Orangeville, Mitchell, Cold Creek, Otanabee, Ancaster and Caledon. So competition was fierce.
It was a close series – the Ice Cats and the Fillies had both won all their games in the Round Robin, so it was these two teams who played in the Finals. The game ended 4-3 for Brantford with a GOLD.
