Power Skating and More...
If you are looking for a little extra practice without the need to register for multiple training dates, Cro's Ice Nest is offering weekly ice times at the Burford Arena.
The sessions will start with a good power skating segment and followed by a variety of drills (Puck control, shooting, stick handling, etc.) based on the skill level of the skaters on the ice that day. The program is open to girls of all ages but a focus will be on 6 - 12 year olds. The Skaters will also be divided into skill groups following the power skating portion of the ice time.
