Note: For players registered for the 2023/2024 season, Permission to Tryout forms are valid as of
12:01 am on April 17th, 2024 to May 31st, 2024 for U13, U15, U18.
Note: For players registered for the 2023/2024 season, Permission to Skate forms are valid as of
12:01 am on August 15th, 2024 until a date announced by the OWHA.
No Player may participate in any OWHA sanctioned activity with a team other than her own team unless she has a release or properly executed permission to skate form.
Current OWHA PTT is for Tryouts only.
A player who is under suspension is NOT eligible for a permission to skate unless she has prior written approval from the OWHA Discipline Board.
Brantford Girls Hockey Association Permission to Tryout Process (PTT)
Permission to Tryout (PTT) forms are required when a player who is registered with the Brantford Girls Hockey Association wants to participate in the tryouts of another OWHA association or team.
To request a Permission to Tryout request, the BGHA PTT Form (on-line) MUST be completed to receive PTT. The on-line request form - click here. Opens March 25th, 2024
Forms WILL NOT be produced in short notice (Allow 3 days for forms to be processed).
Signed PTT forms will be emailed to the email provided in the BGHA PTT Form.
