Registration Fees

House League:  All ages 
- $625.00 per player due at the time of registration to hold your spot + $75 fundraising fee = $700.00

For the 2024/25 season there will be a fundraising fee of $75 (in addition to registration) for all players house league and rep U9-U18 which is due at the time of registration.

**Please note our house league teams do travel for games- Hamilton, Norfolk, Stoney Creek, St Catharines, Niagara Falls, Port Colbourne etc**

Our house league program is designed to give all girls an equal opportunity to play hockey, and as a league we want to make sure all the girls on our teams are having fun. We want to provide a safe, healthy environment that fosters and promotes mutual respect between the players, coaches, and officials. In our house league, everyone plays in their designated age group (if possible), and the focus is to have fun, make new friends and learn new hockey skills along the way.
It is important that everyone register for their correct age groups. This allows as many players of that age as possible to register for their divisions, and makes sure that those age groups don't lose an opportunity to play because someone from a younger age group has registered in their division. Parents can request in writing to have their daughter moved to a different age group (and the reason for the request, ie. carpooling, friends, play with sibling, etc), but there is no guarantee those requests can be accommodated. Once all the registrations have been received, we will go through the requests IF there are any openings in those requested teams. There will also be an opportunity for players to AP for the division above them when those teams are missing players. 
U22HL is open to players born in 2003, 2004, 2005, or 2006.
U18HL is open to players born in 2009, 2008 or 2007.
U15HL is open to players born in 2010, 2011.
U13HL is open to players born in 2012, 2013.
U11HL is open to players born in 2014, 2015.
U9HL is open to players born in 2016, 2017.




Rep Teams:  All ages 
- $525.00 per player due by June 1 2024 for U9-U18 + $75 fundraising fee = $600.00


For the 2024/25 Season a carding fee of $500 per player will apply to all Rep Players.  This fee will be held by the BGHA and applied to individual team invoicing at the end of the season. This fee will be due by September 15 2024 for U9-18.


For the 2024/25 season there will be a fundraising fee of $75 (in addition to registration) for all players house league and rep U9-U18 which is due at the time of registration. You will be able to earn this $75 back by selling tickets which will be handed out to each player in the Fall.
 
Depending on the quantity of ice and team expenses (Tournaments etc.) additional monthly fees may be applied for Rep teams, paid directly to the team manager. 



Tyke Teams: (players must be able to skate unassisted, get up on their own and ready to start doing some hockey drills and mini games)
- $260.00 per player (20 week session- once per week)

Ice Kittens: (learn to skate program)
- $175.00 for each session (10 ice times in each session)
We have a Fall session and Winter session- winter session registration will open in November.

Our Tyke and Ice Kitten programs run on Saturday mornings.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in accordance with the following schedule -  Refer to By-law REGISTRATION, CARDING FEES AND REFUNDS

 

All Refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee.

 

House League - $50.00 - non refundable fee will apply and the remaining registration refund as below

Prior to September 30 - 100%

Prior to October 31 - 75%

Prior to November 30 - 50%

After November 30th - no refund will be issued

 

Representative League - $100.00 non refundable fee will apply and the remaining registration refund as below

Prior to July 31 - 75%

Prior to September 30 - 50%

Prior to October 31 - $25%

After October 31 - no refund will be issued on registration

 

Carding Fees - will be refunded less any team fees owing.

 

Tryouts- will not be refunded, unless the board receives written information and approves the request. If a tryout has been attended, no refunds will be issued.
