2026/27 BGHA Permission to Tryout Request (Brantford Girls Hockey Association)

Previously called Permission to Skate (OWHA changed name 2023)
This is NOT a player release request.

Permission to Tryout forms are valid as of 12:01 am on April 14th, 2026 to May 31st, 2026 and from August 14th, 2026 until a date announced by the OWHA.
The Pathway documents must be followed for divisions impacted.

A player that is under suspension is NOT eligible for a permission to skate unless she has written approval from the OWHA Discipline Board.
Players must be in good standing with the BGHA in order to be granted a Permission to Tryout.

Once the form is submitted, arrangements to have PTT signed by President, Representative or House League Director will occur.
Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for processing.

If a Release is required, this will be requested electronically by your NEW association's Association Registrar.
