No orders will be submitted unless payment is received. Payment can be sent by e-transfer to [email protected] you MUST add the name that the order is in on the e-transfer to we can apply payment correctly. Deadline to order is September 6th, 2025 @ 10 p.m.

Demographics

Fan Jersey

Each Jersey must be ordered individually to assign size and Name. The cost for each Jersey is $79.09 with $10.00 of each jersey purchase donated to HFC event

Fan Hoodie Design 1

Each Hoodie must be ordered individually to assign size and color choice. The cost for each Hoodie is $56.49 with $10.00 of each hoodie purchase donated to HFC event

Fan Hoodie Design 2

Each Hoodie must be ordered individually to assign size and color choice. The cost for each Hoodie is $56.49 with $10.00 of each hoodie purchase donated to HFC event

Fan Cap

The cost for each Cap is $39.54 with $10.00 of each Cap purchase donated to HFC event

Fan Toque

The cost for each Toque is $33.89 with $10.00 of each Toque purchase donated to HFC event

Additional Information Reminders:
  • Deadline for orders is September 6th, 2025 @ 10 p.m.
  • No orders will be submitted unless payment is received

  • $10.00 from each item ordered with payment will be donated to the HFC event.
NOTE:  Each item has a response required for the number of items ordered.  Please ensure these responses are completed - even if none were ordered.
