2025/26 BGHA Permission to Tryout Request
Previously called Permission to Skate (OWHA changed name 2023)
This is NOT a player release request.

Permission to Tryout forms are valid as of 12:01 am on April 21st, 2025 to May 31st, 2025 and from August 15th, 2025 until a date announced by the OWHA.
The Pathway documents must be followed for divisions impacted.

A player that is under suspension is NOT eligible for a permission to skate unless she has written approval from the OWHA Discipline Board.
Players must be in good standing with the BGHA in order to be granted a Permission to Tryout.

Once the form is submitted, arrangements to have PTT signed by President, Representative or House League Director will occur.
Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for processing.

If a Release is required, this will be requested electronically by your NEW association's Association Registrar.

No player may participate in any OWHA sanctioned activity with a team other than her own team unless she has a release or properly executed permission to skate form. For players registered for the 2024/25 season, Permission to Skate forms are valid as of 12:01 a.m. on April 21st 2025 until May 31st 2025.
