Message from the Arnold Anderson Golf Committee

The Arnold Anderson Sport Fund would like to let you know that at this time, we have NOT CANCELLED our 16th Annual Charity Golf Classic.

Please continue to SAVE THE DATE of Sept. 18th, 2020.

We are monitoring the situation closely regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic and will provide a further update by Aug. 1, 2020. Rest assured they will not have the Classic unless it is safe and with manageable restrictions.  In the meantime, if you would like to tentatively register, please click here.

While this fundraiser is extremely important to our charity, the health and well-being of our golfers and their families comes first.

Please feel free to contact our office with any questions or concerns at [email protected]

or call 519-759-8404.

Thank you,
Brent "Bruno" Gordon and the
AASF Golf Committee

From Website:

The AASF Golf Classic raised over $40000.00 in 2019, ensuring that over 110 additional children had access to sports last year. In total, over 485 grants were awarded in 2019! We are very thankful to our Sponsors, Community Partners and friends for their generous support and hope this year you will be able to continue to help the children of low-income families in Brantford and Brant County get on the playing fields.  We are so proud to be able to say that we have never turned a child away due to lack of funds, and hope that with your help and the success of events like this one, that we can continue to provide this service to our community.

The AASF was formed to honor Arnold Anderson, who was the voice of Sports Radio on CKPC in Brantford for 50 years. Arnold’s requested legacy was to raise money for youth to help overcome economic barriers which have prevented or limited their participation in organized sport.

With your help, there will still be “Sports For ALL Kids!”
