OWHA 2020 High Performance Information Postings

OWHA U16 and U18 HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS

The U16 and U18 High Performance Programs will assist with the continued identification, development and education of athletes within the OWHA High Performance Program.

The OWHA U16 and U18 High Performance Summer Development Camps will offer OWHA registered athlete’s elite instruction, education and training on and off the ice. Players will be introduced to a wide variety of educational/development/training components that are keys to improving their skills and knowledge of the game of hockey. Nutrition, Performance Psychology, Strength and Conditioning, Fitness Testing, Monthly logging, Concussion awareness, Short Term Competition are just a few examples of what may be offered at this camp.
