**New** Volunteer Position
Submitted By Kate Hogarth on Monday, June 3, 2019
Last season the Tyke League and Ice Kittens had a dedicated volunteer to assist with the implementation of our first Tyke season and on-going Ice Kitten sessions to assist parents, coaches & players. This was a huge success!

The BGHA Board have created the volunteer role on an on-going basis as feedback was positive.

This is a non-Board, non-voting role (no Board meetings).  This role is only for one season and the volunteer(s) may choose to volunteer for both or just one of the groups.

The purpose is to provide liaison and organization to the groups.  The volunteer is at the rink and available to help when needed by answering questions, ensuring parents are informed about practices, activities or events, assisting coaches/instructions (off-ice needs) and liaise between parents and board if needed.

The volunteer(s) would have the support of the BGHA General Manager and Webmaster to assist in the role.

Let's make this season as successful as last season for these young players.
