Have
you thought about being a referee? If you'd like to be a referee in 2025, Grand
River Officials Association (GROA) is looking for you.
On ice skates (must attend minimum 1):
Wednesday, September 10 - WGSC #1 - 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Sunday, September 28 - WGSC #2 - 1:15 pm to 2:15 pm
In person clinic is Saturday, October 11, 9 am to 4pm.
You will need to attend 1 of the 2 skating sessions. There will be
an official registration process along with some online learning that you can
complete at your own pace prior to the in-class session.
For the on-ice skate, all you need is your skates, helmet and athletic
pants/shirt or whatever is comfortable. If you have further gear and a whistle
that's great but is not a must at this time.
