Wondering what to do during January Lockdown

Here are some suggestions to keep busy while on lockdown:
-  Commit to doing an at home workout at least once a day – doesn’t need to be full impact for hours – just keep physically active
-  Challenge yourself to learn a new skill such as a new language, cooking, a craft/hobby, etc.
-  Set small daily goals/achievements to do
-  And the most exciting activity to do ….

Sign up to be a BGHA Rep Coach for the 2021/22 Season.  Our application form is open for all teams except for the U18 AA & U15 AA/A teams.

With vaccines becoming available, next season is shaping up to be outstanding; so sign up to make it the best for our Ice Cats!
