Midget B take SILVER at the Fire on Ice Tournament Nov 2019

A Medal with lots of FUN!
This past weekend, our Midget B Ice Cats were in a pool of 10 fellow Midget B teams from Canada and the United States at the Fire on Ice Tournament in Rochester.
On Friday, these Cats were on FIRE! They played the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers and Tompkins County winning both games (2-0 and 7-0 respectively). Saturday started with another win against the North Halton Twisters (5-2) but loss in the afternoon to the Oswego Buccaneers.
Play-off games were on Sunday. Our Cats were again playing Oswego for a spot in the Championship game. At the end of the 3rd period the score was tied 2-2. The team won 3-2 in the Shoot-out.
The Championship game was against the Lambeth Lady Lancers with the Midget B Ice Cats getting the Silver.
