2024/25 U18A brings GOLD at the Gretzky Tournament

The 43rd Annual Walter Gretzky Tournament had our U18A Ice Cats bringing home a GOLD this weekend. They were playing in a pool of four other teams: the Etobicoke Dolphins, the Clarington Flames, the New Tecumseth IceCats and the GHC Wranglers.
Our Cats ended the Round Robin with 2 wins and 2 losses that put them in 3rd place in the Pool. This sent them to the Semi-Finals on Sunday.

The Semi-finals say our Team playing the 2nd place team, the Clarington Flames; while the 4th place New Tecumseth IceCats played the 1st place Etobicoke Dolphins. Our game was tight, but the Ice Cats came through with a 1-0 win. On the the Championship game.

Our Cats played the 1st place Etobicoke Dolphins for the Championship game. This did not phase our team. They knew they had the skills, teamwork and stamina to take this game. This was a great championship game with great hockey and a fantastic win. Our Cats won 2-1 against Etobicoke. Congratulations Cats!
