Those teams requiring hotel accommodations are asked to book only through HTG Sports.

4 Game Minimum for ALL Rep Divisions (except U9)
3 Game Minimum for ALL House League Divisions and all U9
Peewee AA, Bantam AA/A, Midget AA/A/BB, Intermediate A, Senior A - Game times 15-15-15 - $1500.00
*Midget AA Final Game 15-15-15
All other Representative Divisions (except U9)- Game times 10-12-12 - $1375.00
House League Divisions and U9 - Game times 10-12-12 (3 game minimum) $1275
*** The tournament fee minus an admin fee of $150 will be refunded for withdrawals before January 22, 2024. No refunds or cancellations after January 22 2024.***

Teams that are re-categorized by OWHA need to let the tournament organizer know asap. BGHA will do our best to find a spot for teams that are re-categorized but you will not bump a team that has already been accepted. Those teams will be subject to availability at the time that the tournament is informed of the re-categorization.
You will not be accepted into the tournament until payment is received.
You will be contacted when you have been officially accepted into the tournament.
Divisions will be cancelled at the discretion of the tournament committee due to low numbers. We will let teams know as soon as we can.

The 41st Annual Walter Gretzky Girls Hockey Tournament Vendor Packages click here. This year the 41st Annual Walter Gretzky Girls Hockey Tournament is expecting 120 teams from all across the province.
There is a vendor charge per day ($40.80) to the city of Brantford.

The completed application form and 2 cheques will be sent to BGHA Attn: Lisa Wallis, [email protected] The cheques will be made out as follows:
1. $300 payable to Brantford Girls Hockey Association (you can also send an EFT for this one to [email protected]
2. the per day space charge payable to the City of Brantford (this will be submitted to the city with your application)
Please note- do NOT send anything to the City as the tournament convenor needs to approve your vendor application first and then we will pass it onto the City. We can only accept 4 vendors for the weekend.
