Ice Cat of the Week: Joey Gamble
Submitted By Lisa Wallis on Tuesday, October 22, 2019
Our Bantam B Player of the Week nomination is Joey Gamble.
Joey is a firecracker, she’s full of energy, full of speed on the ice and an amazing hockey player.

From the time she steps onto the ice she gives her absolute best effort and works so hard to push all her teammates to continue a fast paced, smart played, great to watch, hockey game. Joey is a team player on and off the ice and adored by all her teammates and coaches! In her Brantford Ice Cats hockey career Joey has played both house league and rep. This year she’s found her role on our rep team and we couldn’t be more excited to see her grow as a player as well as on and off the ice. She comes to all sessions and team events with that big smile on her face and it’s amazing to see how much fun she is having this season ..... that’s what hockey is all about. Making friends that you’ll have throughout your life, and sometimes it starts with a common goal, such as hockey! Our players are grade 8 and grade 9 students this season. They are at such an amazing age and are really coming into they’re personalities. Joey has such a big heart and shows dedication to making herself and helping her teammates truly enjoy all the time they get to spend together throughout our busy hockey season. Joey keep up that crazy energy you bring to our team and this is going to be an awesome year. Your teammates and coaches.
