U11 B take Silver at Southern League Championship 2023/24

The U11B Ice Cats participated in the OWHA Southern League Championship game on April 6 in Etobicoke against North Bay. The Ice cats advanced to the championship game by defeating Waterloo, Haldimand and St. Catharines to win the Central West division.
They advanced to a home and away series against Mississuaga and Kincardine. After the second round playoff games Brantford and Kincardine were tied at 3 wins and 1 loss. Multiple tie breakers were needed to break the tie and the Ice Cats advanced winning 6 periods in the series while Kincardine won 5.
The Ice cats lost the Championship game 2-0 against North Bay. An empty net goal in the final seconds secured the championship for North Bay earning the Ice Cats the silver medal.
The Ice Cats participate in the OWHA provincial championships April 12-14 in Oakville
